Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for checking whether accessing football prediction content or paid digital services is lawful where you live.

The service is not offered where its use would be prohibited. WinSight does not direct promotions to mainland China.

WinSight provides pre-match probability estimates, model evidence, completed-match reviews, and an accuracy record. Probabilities express uncertainty; they are not promises, guarantees, financial advice, or betting advice.

Football data, schedules, results, model outputs, and availability may contain delays or errors. We may correct factual or technical errors, but we do not guarantee any outcome or profit.

When accounts become available, an account will use your email address and a passwordless sign-in method. You must keep access to your email account secure and notify us if you believe your WinSight account is being misused.

You may not share paid access, impersonate another person, create accounts to evade limits, or use automated means to abuse the service.

Some future-match predictions may require a paid subscription. Completed-match reviews, the public accuracy record, methodology, and historical competition content remain available without a paid subscription unless we clearly state otherwise.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, billing frequency, currency, and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase.

When paid checkout becomes available, it will be hosted by Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes payment details, taxes, receipts, cancellations, and refunds under its buyer terms. WinSight does not receive or store your card number, CVV, or payment credentials.

You may use WinSight for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

WinSight’s software, design, text, probability displays, reports, and branding are owned by or licensed to WinSight. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Third-party football names, competition names, and data remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep issued predictions and settled records transparent, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every competition or fixture will always be covered.

Material changes to paid features or these terms will be communicated through the site or account email where reasonably possible. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

You remain solely responsible for any decision you make after viewing WinSight. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. Past or backtested performance does not guarantee future performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. WinSight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or gambling losses arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, WinSight’s total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid WinSight for the affected service during the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using WinSight at any time and may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, or legal necessity.

Ending an account does not erase obligations or rights that arose before termination. Sections intended to survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms, continue to apply.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the WinSight operator, subject always to any mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you in your place of residence.

Purchases made through Paddle are also governed by Paddle’s buyer terms, including the law and dispute provisions that apply to the transaction.
