Refund Policy

Effective 17 July 2026

English is the governing version of this document.

WinSight is the supplier of its subscription service. Whop hosts checkout and processes payments. WinSight decides product-access, cancellation, and refund requests under this policy; when WinSight approves a refund, Whop processes the reversal to the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply where you live.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time using the Whop billing portal linked from your WinSight account or receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. A cancellation alone does not return an amount already paid.

2. Refund eligibility

WinSight reviews refund requests under this policy and any mandatory consumer law. Eligibility depends on the transaction, timing, use of the service, service availability, and applicable law. Whop may separately act where its Buyer Terms, financial-partner rules, fraud controls, or law require it.

EU, EEA, and UK consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content or services delivered immediately, that right is lost after access begins only where the buyer expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss at checkout. If that acknowledgement was not recorded, the statutory right remains available as required by law.

Persistent technical failure or a material defect that prevents access to the paid service may support a refund request. Please report the problem promptly so WinSight can first try to resolve it.

3. How to request a refund

Use the support or manage-subscription link in your Whop receipt or contact WinSight. Include the account email, Whop payment reference, purchase date, and a concise explanation. Never send card details or payment credentials.

WinSight investigates product access and decides the request under this policy. If approved, WinSight instructs Whop to process and record the payment reversal.

4. Processing and access

Approved refunds are normally processed by Whop to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment methods may take additional time to display the credit.

A full refund normally ends paid access associated with that transaction. A partial refund or credit may change the related subscription balance or access according to WinSight’s decision, Whop’s processing capabilities, and applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact WinSight before starting a chargeback so a billing or access problem can be investigated. For an unrecognised charge, duplicate payment, or processing error, you may also contact Whop. This request does not restrict any lawful right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.

6. Policy changes

We may update this policy when the subscription service, Whop’s rules, or applicable law changes. The version in force when a transaction was completed will be considered together with any mandatory rights and the Whop terms applying to payment processing.
